      Responsible for all aspects of the development cycle (i.e., requirements definition, specifications, design and development, integration testing, documentation, user training, and implementation) and support of a Domino, web based, workflow, tracking system. The purpose of the system is to provide a centralized tool for logging and tracking all problems and enhancements for application computer systems and supports the needs of Toyota Customer Services (TCS).
       

      The system was designed on the Lotus Domino platform and utilizes sophisticated security features based on access rights and roles with a cutting edge web interface. The system is highly customizable for each business unit's workflow and requirements and managed from the Lotus Notes back-end Administration feature.

      Developed the Turn Time Tracking application, a nation wide IBM Lotus Notes R5 application, which provides management reporting of "Turn (around) Times" and workflow for the entire LandSafe Title business process.  The project objectives include tracking an order from start to finish, flagging orders that are not completed within 3 business days in order to alert management of delays in the business process, create customized reports analyzing workflow distribution, including user or group productivity, efficiency, and system utilization Developed LotusScript Library for system wide use.

      Part of a team responsible for the design, development and support of the International Labor Standards (ILS) System, a company wide, global IBM Lotus Notes application for Corporate Compliance. The system tracks all licensees, manufactures, contracts, products, audit history, correspondence, invoicing and the adherence to International Labor Standards.   Additional responsibilities included the development of the ILS Billing system, ILS Online and the development of a Crystal Reports (Active X) and IBM Lotus Notes Reporting application.  ILS Online was accessible via a web browser, implementing JavaScript and IBM Lotus Domino Security for web site access.

    • Responsible for the design and development of several IBM Lotus Notes/Domino R4.6 applications, Including the Sales Activity Tracking System for Glendale Federal Bank Branch offices. The system captures new accounts, GFB product information, customer information and provides customer referral information for GFB subsidiaries. The system tracks sales activity counts and goals for Salespersons, returns on investment and information on marketing source.
       
    • Designed and developed Glendale Federal Bank's Corporate Intranet, which integrates with several backend databases in Notes/Domino and Oracle.  
       
    • Web Site Online Applications (Domino) . Developed all the online applications for the Glendale Federal web site which allowed users to apply online for Checking and Savings Accounts, as well as Pre-Qualify for a Loan.  The data submitted from the web site is integrated with internal systems for credit scoring and processing, such as the Call Center Management Application and the Business Banking Tracking Application.
       
    • Service Locator Application (Domino).  This application includes the Bank's Branch and ATM locations which serve as the backend database for the web site and integrates with Vicinity Online which generates maps based on Branch or ATM location geocodes.

      Solely responsible for the creation and maintenance of the company Intranet and database development using IBM Lotus Notes/Domino R4.5. Applications included Travel Itinerary and Expense Application, Capital Gains and Derivatives Database, Private Placement Portfolio and Company Intranet. In addition, provided private business, legal and financial investigative research using the 6,900 LEXIS-NEXIS online information databases.  Also responsible for private security processing and trade delivery for the Private Placement Portfolio. Additional responsibilities included both the electronic and print publications of various reports.
